Evernorth completed its business combination Oct. 9, when it held approximately 473 million XRP. Its shares began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN on Oct. 12. Separately, the company plans to deploy from its treasury through institutional strategies in the fourth quarter of 2026.
