Evernorth Just Opened a New Capital Pipeline for XRP

Evernorth Holdings Inc. has filed a preliminary prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The San Francisco-based company is seeking to register 5,218,935 shares of Class A common stock under a committed equity facility with CF Principal Investments LLC, an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald. The filing, dated October 23, 2026, gives Evernorth potential access to up to $80.7M in aggregate gross proceeds. Evernorth just opened a new capital pipeline. A fresh S-1 allows up to 5.2M new $XRPN shares to be sold to Cantor under a committed equity facility, potentially giving Evernorth access to $80.7M.
