Evernorth Holdings has filed to register potential resales of 73,688,162 Class A shares and 239,653 sponsor warrants. The Ripple-backed XRP treasury firm submitted its SEC filing on October 30. Existing investors are listed as the selling securityholders. The filing pertains to the existing securities and those that will be issued by way of conversion, exchange, and exercise of warrants. Sales made pursuant to the prospectus will necessitate an effective registration. This preliminary prospectus does not verify any sale of securities by any investor.
