Evernorth Holdings made its Nasdaq debut under the XRPN ticker on Monday, October 12, in a session marked by significant price swings. The stock opened at $16.68, climbed to $19.39—around 13.5% higher than Friday’s closing price—but quickly reversed these gains, retreating to near $17 as midday trading progressed. The listing followed Evernorth’s completed merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). Friday’s $17.09 closing price for Armada’s shares offered the closest comparison for XRPN’s initial value, as XRPN was previously traded under the Armada ticker before the merger was finalized.
