Evernorth completes Armada merger, to trade as XRPN on Nasdaq with $300 million cash

Evernorth, a digital asset treasury backed by Ripple and focused on the XRP ecosystem, has completed its merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II. This move was confirmed in a recent regulatory filing and marks a significant development in bringing institutional exposure to XRP-related financial services. The company plans to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN on Monday, October 12. The completed transaction unifies Evernorth, Pathfinder Digital Assets, Ripple, Armada, and two merger subsidiaries. As part of the agreement, Pathfinder and the previous Armada entity have become wholly owned subsidiaries of Evernorth.
