Ethereum Liquidity on Binance Drops to Lowest in Seven Months

Ethereum has seen its liquidity conditions on Binance increasingly weaken as its Liquidity Shock Z-Score has also dropped significantly to a multi-month low. While the decline comes after several months of fluctuations in the indicator, the sharp drop seen recently has drawn attention from market analysts. According to recent data from crypto analytics platform CryptoQuant, the Ethereum Binance Liquidity Shock Z-Score has fallen to about -1.00, its lowest reading in nearly seven months. The sharp drop in Ethereum's liquidity comes months after the indicator experienced consistent volatility, constantly fluctuating since the early months of 2026.
