Ether Liquidations Reach $12.96 Million in One Hour as Longs Dominate

Ether (ETH) liquidations totaled $12.96 million in the hour through 8:39 a.m. ET (12:39 p.m. UTC) on Oct. 12, with long positions accounting for nearly the entire amount as the cryptocurrency declined. Long liquidations reached $12.95 million, while short liquidations totaled $10,000. Ether fell from $2,545 to $2,528 during the same period, a decrease of 0.68%. The figures reflect TokenPost’s direct collection and aggregation of publicly available liquidation data from Binance, Bybit and OKX.
