Ether funding rates have slipped below the 0.005% line as ETH trades near $2,313 on October 29. According to CoinGlass , the open-interest-weighted rate is 0.0042%. The volume-weighted rate is 0.0043%. Binance's ETHUSDT contract shows about 0.0041%. ETH is down roughly 1.7% on the day. The readings remain positive, so longs still pay shorts.
