Ether Closes Near $2,440 as 10-Year Treasury Yield Eases

Ether (ETH) moved back above $2,400 on Thursday and finished its Oct. 15 UTC session near $2,440, as U.S. inflation data and Treasury yields sent markets mixed signals. Ether traded below $2,400 earlier in the session before recovering, returning to a level it had tested during its earlier retreat from $2,700 . U.S. final-demand producer prices rose 1.3% in September from August, seasonally adjusted, and increased 6.3% over 12 months. The monthly gain was the largest since March 2022, while the annual increase was the biggest since December 2022. Final-demand goods prices rose 2.6%.
