Ethena Pay Adds Earn+ With Returns of Up to 12% on Dollar Deposits

Ethena Pay has added Earn+, a feature that lets users deposit dollars with one tap and access returns of up to 12%, giving the app a consumer-facing savings option. At launch, Earn+ was available to Pro and VIP users. Ethena Pay plans to make the feature available to all users over the next few days. Deposits go to an Upshift treasury curated by SteakhouseFi. The treasury runs strategies through Aave V4 on Avalanche. The launch extends Ethena’s effort to put DeFi savings products in front of consumers, a strategy discussed at TOKEN2049.
