EON Resources Inc. posted second-quarter revenue of $6,485,716, up 40% from the restated year-earlier quarter, while its net loss narrowed. The Permian Basin oil and gas producer still faced substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern, with a $22.63 million working-capital deficit at June 30. The company had $691,672 in cash and cash equivalents at the end of the quarter. EON said the substantial doubt had not been alleviated. The conditions raised doubt about whether it could continue operating for one year after the financial statements were issued.
