Enerflex Raises Quarterly Dividend About 17% to US$0.035 Per Share

Enerflex Ltd. (NYSE: EFXT) raised its quarterly dividend about 17% to US$0.035 per common share, setting a higher payout and moving quarterly dividend declarations to U.S. dollars. The new dividend is payable Nov. 25 to shareholders of record Nov. 12. Enerflex’s previous listed quarterly dividend was C$0.0425 per share. The board chose to declare the company’s quarterly dividends in U.S. dollars. Enerflex had $102 million in free cash flow for the three months ended Sept. 30. The company provides modular technology solutions for natural gas, power and treated water.
