Elemental Royalty Completes First Close for Four Orion Royalty Assets

Elemental Royalty Corporation completed the first close of its Orion portfolio acquisition on Monday, Oct. 26, bringing four of five royalty and streaming assets into the company’s portfolio. Elemental paid $188 million in cash and issued 3,942,881 shares for the four assets. The acquisition closed after the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026. The company also increased its credit facility from $150 million to $250 million, with a further $50 million accordion feature. The remaining asset, the Snowy River stream, is expected to close separately in the first quarter of 2027, subject to New Zealand approvals.
