Eaton Vance Sets ETJ November Distribution at $0.0651 Per Share

Eaton Vance Risk-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE: ETJ) declared a monthly distribution of $0.0651 per common share on Nov. 2, unchanged from its prior payment. The fund set Nov. 16 as both the ex-dividend date and the record date, with payment scheduled for Nov. 30. ETJ’s distribution rate at market price was 9.93%, based on its Oct. 30 closing price of $7.87. The fund makes monthly payments under a managed distribution plan. Distributions may include ordinary dividends, capital gains or return of capital, and the amount should not be treated as a measure of investment performance.
