Eagle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. extended its stockholder rights plan for one year, keeping its ownership threshold at 10% for most holders and 15% for certain passive institutional investors. The extension took effect Friday, Oct. 30, and the plan is scheduled to expire Oct. 30, 2027, unless the company redeems or exchanges the rights earlier. Rights may become exercisable if a person or group acquires beneficial ownership of at least 10% of Eagle’s outstanding common stock, or makes a tender or exchange offer to acquire that level of ownership. Passive institutional investors covered by the plan face a 15% trigger.
