XRP traded at $1.30 early Tuesday as Ripple Prime’s place in a U.S. securities tokenization working group remained separate from the service’s announced networks and any stated use for the token. The quote was recorded at 1:07 a.m. ET on Oct. 20 (05:07 UTC). XRP had traded near $1.49 earlier in October. That observed price is distinct from the $1.49 level cited as a trader’s chart resistance in an earlier discussion of XRP resistance . The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) listed Ripple Prime among more than 50 firms in its industry working group on May 4.
