DRI Healthcare Trust Expects 2026 Adjusted EBITDA Above $162 Million

DRI Healthcare Trust expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA to exceed $162 million, above the high end of its previous guidance range, after third-quarter adjusted EBITDA rose 9% to $40 million. Normalized total cash receipts increased 9% from a year earlier to $47.5 million. The adjusted EBITDA margin was 84%. Adjusted EBITDA and normalized total cash receipts are non-GAAP measures; the margin is a non-GAAP ratio. The trust recorded $46.9 million in total income for the quarter ended Sept. 30, compared with $48.7 million in the year-earlier period.
