Dream Finders Homes’ net income fell to $6.653 million in the third quarter of 2026 as the homebuilder incurred $23 million in transaction costs tied to its Beazer Homes acquisition. The results were for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026. Total revenue rose to $996.049 million from $969.804 million a year earlier. Diluted GAAP earnings per share were shown as ($0.00); basic EPS was also ($0.00), a loss of less than 1 cent per share. Pre-tax income was $13.157 million, down from $60.750 million in the third quarter of 2025.
