Doodles, IOST and Metaplex Jump as Upbit Trading Intensifies

Doodles (DOOD), IOST (IOST) and Metaplex (MPLX) posted sharp gains Wednesday as heavy trading on South Korean exchange Upbit drew attention to its won markets during a volatile session. An Oct. 21 market snapshot put DOOD up 113%, IOST up 81% and MPLX up 42% on the day. Those figures captured the tokens during trading, before their daily closing returns were known. DOOD generated more than $100 million in trading on Upbit, accounting for about 10% of the exchange’s daily volume at that point. It was the exchange’s most heavily traded token in the snapshot.
