Dogecoin and XRP Show Unrealized Losses on One-Year MVRV Measure

Dogecoin (DOGE) and XRP have one-year market value to realized value (MVRV) readings below break-even for coins active in the past 365 days, signaling average unrealized losses in that measured group. DOGE’s ratio is about 0.74, versus about 0.92 for XRP. The 1.0 mark is break-even: a reading below it means the measured coins’ current market value is less than their realized value. DOGE’s lower reading indicates a larger average shortfall than XRP’s. Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH) and Chainlink (LINK) are much closer to that threshold.
