Deutsche Bank plans to launch Bitcoin and Ethereum custody services within weeks. Future plans include fiat-to-stablecoin conversions, tokenized deposits and blockchain-based securities such as digital bonds. The bank is targeting Asian financial centers, including Singapore and Hong Kong, for expansion in 2027. Deutsche Bank plans to launch cryptocurrency custody services within weeks, starting with Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), as Germany’s largest bank expands its digital asset business. With this launch, the bank plans to enter Asian financial hubs in 2027 and add services such as stablecoin transfers and tokenized deposits.
