Curve Deploys StableSwap on Stellar in First Move Beyond EVM

Curve announced Thursday, Oct. 29, that its StableSwap product had gone live on Stellar mainnet, marking its first deployment outside the EVM ecosystem. The interface is in beta. Curve rebuilt the contracts for Soroban with support from the Stellar Development Foundation. Curve founder Michael Egorov said, “Stellar looks like a good fit.” Denelle Dixon, CEO and executive director of the Stellar Development Foundation, said, “Stablecoins and tokenized assets only deliver real value when people can move between them efficiently.” Curve said fees from Stellar swaps also earn for the Curve DAO.
