Crypto analyst X Finance Bull (@Xfinancebull) recently shared a video interview featuring Michael Passalacqua, Senior Advisor and Head of the Innovation Task Force at the CFTC. He also gave a detailed breakdown of what the developments mean for XRP holders. Passalacqua made the agency’s goal explicit in the interview. “The goal of this is to provide a federal option for crypto asset exchanges to opt into a federal framework, one national uniform framework under the CFTC’s oversight,” he said. The CFTC is currently inside a 60-day public comment period, with a December 14 deadline.
