Crypto PACs Backed Projected Winners in 28 of 30 House Races

Crypto political action committees were aligned with projected winners in 28 of 30 House races and one of four Senate races after spending $89.5 million since Sept. 1 on projected contests. The outcome comparison used projections available as of 1:22 p.m. ET Nov. 4. The spending measure covers independent expenditures disseminated since Sept. 1 and included in 24- and 48-hour reports filed with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) by 1:13 p.m. ET Nov. 4. Reports for Nov. 1-3 could still arrive. Of the $89.5 million spent across those races, $21.9 million, or 24.4%, was tied to projected winners.
