Cross River Targets Early 2027 Launch for Tokenized Loans on Arbitrum One

A Cross River and Offchain Labs project will put newly issued loan assets on Arbitrum One for financing, holding and transfer from issuance, with ownership and loan activity recorded on a shared ledger. The ledger will track ownership, loan disbursements, repayments and servicing throughout each asset’s life. Offchain Labs’ ZeroDev wallet infrastructure will run beneath the platform, while borrowers continue with the same experience. Cross River will remain the regulated bank responsible for registering the loans. Its underwriting, risk management and compliance standards will stay unchanged.
