Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust planned to buy 40 shares of Boeing (BA) at about $173.23 each shortly after the opening bell Nov. 2. The proposed trade followed a 10% decline in Boeing shares last week after its earnings report. If completed, the addition would bring the trust’s holding to 660 shares and raise Boeing’s portfolio weight to about 3%, from 2.75%. CEO Kelly Ortberg’s multiyear free-cash-flow outlook came in below analyst and investor expectations. Analysts had expected roughly $10 billion in free cash flow in 2028, but Boeing management shifted the timing of that milestone to 2029.
