Cosmos’ ATOM Holds Above Key Averages as It Tests $2 Resistance

Cosmos’ native token, ATOM, fell 3.3% to $1.88 on Binance spot as of 4:53 a.m. ET (08:53 UTC) Oct. 12, while seller-tilted futures activity kept the token’s test of $2 resistance in focus. ATOM traded between $1.85 and $2.06 during the session. The token remained above its seven-day simple moving average of $1.87, 20-day average of $1.80, 50-day average of $1.68 and 200-day average of $1.71. Its 12-day exponential moving average stood at $1.84, while the 26-day EMA was $1.78. The upper Bollinger Band was $2.00, with the middle band at $1.80.
