CoreWeave (NASDAQ: CRWV) shares fell 4.17% to $58.57 in premarket trading on Tuesday, extending their recent decline after HSBC Global Investment Research maintained its ‘Reduce’ rating and $39 price target. The bank warned that rising borrowing costs and a potential slowdown in demand for AI computing could hurt the company’s long-term profitability. HSBC’s target implied a 36.5% downside from Friday’s $61.39 closing price, which the bank used in its October 19 assessment.
