Coinkite, CEO and Technical Lead Named in Proposed Canadian Class Action

Coinkite Inc. and two executives have been named in a proposed Ontario class action filed by Amir Reza Naderi, placing the maker of Bitcoin hardware wallets in a new legal dispute. Naderi filed the civil case in the Ontario Superior Court in Toronto under docket number CV-26-00018158-0000. Coinkite CEO Rodolfo Novak and technical lead Peter D. Gray are also named as defendants. The proposed class would include consumers who bought Coldcard Mk2, Mk3, Mk4, Mk5 and Q-series devices.
