Coinbase swaps GYEN for USDC as issuer retires stablecoin

According to a company statement dated October 26, 2026, sending and receiving GYEN on the Coinbase platform was disabled starting October 26, and remaining customer balances are scheduled for conversion into USDC between October 26 and October 30.
