Coinbase Derivatives began scheduled maintenance Saturday, pausing futures and perpetual-contract trading for up to nine hours while users retained account access but could not open positions or modify orders. The work included routine quarterly maintenance and participation in the Futures Industry Association’s annual disaster-recovery exercise.
