CMCC Global Partners with Tether and Bitfinex Securities to Launch the First Tokenised Fund-of-Funds Under El Salvador's Digital Asset Framework

CMCC Global is tokenising units of its Crest and Liberty Bitcoin Accumulation Funds, the first tokenised fund-of-funds offerings to be issued under El Salvador's Digital Asset Framework The tokens are issued on Tether's Hadron tokenisation platform and will be issued, distributed and traded through regulated venue Bitfinex Securities BTCS S.A., a Warsaw- and Frankfurt-listed digital asset treasury company (NewConnect: BTF; FRA: 36C), has agreed to serve as anchor investor, and intends to allocate an undisclosed triple-digit bitcoin amount for the fund's forthcoming launch via Bitfinex Securities.
