The research firm argues that tokenized real-world assets and AI agents are turning crypto into a fundamentals-driven trade. Citrini Research has published a list of five tokens it believes are well placed to capture growth from asset tokenization. The firm names AAVE, UNI, ETHFI, PENDLE and ONDO as its preferred exposures to the trend. Each project touches a different part of the infrastructure needed to bring traditional financial assets onto blockchains. Aave is a lending protocol that allows users to borrow and lend digital assets without a centralized intermediary.
