ChronoScale Posts $41.5 Million in Revenue, $42.5 Million GAAP Loss

ChronoScale Holdings Corporation posted $41.5 million in fiscal first-quarter 2027 revenue from continuing operations, up 148% year over year, while its total GAAP net loss reached $42.5 million. The quarter ended Aug. 31, 2026, and results were announced Oct. 15. Revenue was $41.482 million, compared with $16.718 million in the year-earlier quarter. A first-time customer drove much of the increase by buying AI computing equipment and associated support and maintenance under resale agreements. The total net loss was $42.484 million, or $0.29 per share.
