Cemex Q3 Earnings Top Estimate by Seven Cents as Revenue Rises 8%

Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. posted third-quarter earnings from continuing operations of $0.28 per ADS, beating the estimate by 7 cents as revenue rose 8% to $4.59 billion. Revenue also exceeded its estimate by $190 million. Sales increased 8% for the quarter, while EBITDA rose 12% and EBIT gained 19%.
