Cardano Opens DijkstraNet for Testing as Node 11.2 Moves Forward

Cardano’s Dijkstra upgrade has entered public testing, with DijkstraNet open to stake pool operators as Node 11.2 remains under development. The test network gives operators and developers a place to examine software tied to the planned protocol changes before a mainnet hard fork. DijkstraNet restarted Wednesday, Oct. 21. Intersect invited stake pool operators to join Thursday, Oct. 22. Node 11.2 is expected to bring Dijkstra features to the network, and a move to protocol version 12 is planned once a pre-release is available. As of Friday, Oct. 23, the Cardano Node component for version 11.2 remained in build and review.
