Cardano Founder Welcomes TRON to Midnight

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson has welcomed TRON to Midnight, a privacy-focused blockchain network designed to bring confidential transactions to existing blockchain ecosystems. Hoskinson made the remark in response to a commentary from SIG Network CEO David Millar-Durrant, who announced plans to extend Midnight’s privacy technology to TRON and its payment users in December 2026. Millar-Durrant explained that SIG Network is working with Midnight to develop Nightmode, a solution that allows applications to integrate Midnight’s privacy features without leaving their existing blockchain networks. The planned integration, which already supports Ethereum, will be targeting TRON later this year.
