Bybit Kazakhstan and Alatau City Agree to Explore Digital Asset Projects

Bybit Kazakhstan and Alatau City Authority will explore tokenized real-world assets, digital-asset payments and cross-border transfers for Alatau City, which is being developed in Kazakhstan under rules for digital-asset activity. Bybit Kazakhstan announced Oct. 22 that the parties had signed a memorandum of cooperation during the AI & Digital Bridge 2026 forum in Astana, held Oct. 1-3. Alatau City Authority is the special management organization responsible for the city's operation and development under a special legal regime.
