BOK Financial Raises Quarterly Dividend 23.8% to $0.78 Per Share

BOK Financial’s board approved a 23.8% increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.78 per common share, lifting the payout for shareholders ahead of its Dec. 3 payment. The new rate is $0.15 above the previous $0.63 per-share dividend. The increase works out to 23.8% of the former rate, or 24% rounded to a whole percentage. Shareholders of record Nov. 18 are scheduled to receive the dividend on Dec. 3. “Today's increase reflects the strength of our capital position and the consistent earnings power our business has demonstrated,” said Marty Grunst, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
