BMW cut its 2026 Automotive segment EBIT margin forecast to a range from a 0.5% loss to a 0.5% profit Tuesday and lowered its full-year delivery outlook as portfolio and structural measures affect fourth-quarter earnings. The new margin range is negative 0.5% to positive 0.5%, down from 1% to 3%. The forecast reflects fourth-quarter charges tied to expanded portfolio and structural measures. The company now expects full-year deliveries to decline moderately, revising its previous forecast of a slight decline. BMW tied its portfolio measures to demand for Neue Klasse models. It has introduced additional production shifts at an early stage.
