An address tied to F2Pool co-founder Wang Chun sold 235.5 WBTC worth $19.31 million for 7,848.5 ETH right after bitcoin’s overnight drop to $80.5K. It is the latest move in a months-long bet that sees ETH outrunning BTC from here on out. Onchain analyst EmberCN flagged the trade early on Oct. 9 after the market slid overnight, bringing BTC to a price point of $80.5K before recovering (all while simultaneously witnessing $1.1 trillion in leveraged positions being liquidated).
