Bitcoin (BTC) fell 3.61% on Oct. 22 as indexes tracking smaller-token groups dropped more sharply, while U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) had logged three consecutive sessions of net inflows through Oct. 21. At 4 p.m. ET (20:00 UTC) on Oct. 22, Bitcoin traded at $81,394.33. Ether (ETH) fell 4.37% to $2,384.14, XRP declined 6.06% to $1.30 and Solana (SOL) dropped 4.37% to $103.51. The Memecoin Index lost 6.27%, the Computing Select Index fell 6.78% and the DeFi Select Index declined 7.50%. The comparison shows a difference in the size of daily losses, not a gain for Bitcoin.
