Bitcoin (BTC) moved above $84,000, reaching $84,022 on Binance spot markets at 10:25 a.m. ET (14:25 UTC) Oct. 21. At that observation, BTC stood $22 above the threshold. The prior reading, recorded 15 minutes earlier, was $83,892, leaving the asset $108 below $84,000. The two measurements show a $130 increase over that 15-minute interval, putting the price above the level by the later snapshot. BTC was also 0.30% higher than it had been one hour before the 10:25 a.m. reading.
