Bitcoin and Ether Rise as CeFi Gains 1.34% and AI Category Falls

Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH) were higher late Sunday as crypto sector returns diverged, with CeFi leading the groups and the AI category posting the steepest loss. CeFi rose 1.34% over 24 hours in the snapshot at 9:19 p.m. ET Nov. 1 (02:19 UTC Nov. 2), while the AI category fell 1.61%. Layer 1 advanced 0.35% and PayFi rose 0.05%. Meme declined 0.25%, Layer 2 fell 0.34% and DeFi dropped 0.75%. At 9:22 p.m. ET Nov. 1 (02:22 UTC Nov. 2), Bitcoin traded at $78,418, up 0.95% over 24 hours. Ether was at $2,293.10, up 1.08% over the same period.
