Bitcoin Address Reactivated After 15.9 Years With 0.05 BTC

A dormant Bitcoin (BTC) address containing 0.05 BTC was activated after 15.9 years, with the balance worth about $4,152. The activation involved a relatively small Bitcoin balance and ended a 15.9-year period of inactivity for the address. Other dormant Bitcoin addresses have also moved funds after extended periods, including one that transferred 28.46 BTC after more than 15 years and another that moved 20.43 BTC after 15.4 years.
