Binance co-CEO He Yi said Friday the exchange expects restoration work on withdrawals to start within two days as it upgrades the service and related address controls. Deposits are unaffected and continue to operate normally, He Yi said in a social media post dated Oct. 30. She did not give a specific hour for the start of restoration. The estimate covers the beginning of the return, not a stated deadline for full service.
