Binance Says Withdrawal Levels Have Stabilized at Normal Levels

A Binance spokesperson said Sunday that withdrawal activity had stabilized at levels the exchange considers normal and consistent with expected on-chain activity, in an update following the Oct. 29 compromise of its hot wallets.
