Binance Reopens Withdrawals in Phases as BNB Holds Near $707

Binance began restoring withdrawals during a 1-to-4 a.m. EST window (06:00-09:00 UTC) Sunday, Nov. 1, with Bitcoin first, as BNB traded near $707 after a hack. The opening batch covers 15 currencies across 15 networks. Bitcoin (BTC) withdrawals were the first confirmed live route; the listed networks also include Ethereum, Solana, BNB Smart Chain, Tron, XRP Ledger, Zcash, Dogecoin, TON, Polygon, Avalanche C-Chain, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism and Sui. Binance is restoring access route by route after security and stability checks.
