Binance recorded a net inflow of 35.1353 million Tether USDt (USDT) over a one-hour period, meaning more of the asset entered the exchange than left during that window. A separate one-hour reading on Oct. 18 showed a 32.7362 million USDT net outflow. The readings cover different hours and show opposite directions.
