Binance Records $1.26 Billion in Net Outflows as Withdrawals Resume

Binance recorded about $1.26 billion in net outflows over a 24-hour period reported Sunday, as the exchange began restoring withdrawals on a limited basis across seven networks. The seven-day net outflow reached about $8.01 billion. That period includes Oct. 29-30, the dates of the Binance incident. The exchange’s platform assets stood at about $133.9 billion. Withdrawals returned in stages Sunday, with some assets available across Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum, BSC, XRP, Base, Dogecoin (DOGE) and Optimism. The resumption covered only some assets on each network. Flows also differed across exchanges during the same 24-hour window.
